RUDOLPH BADER DIES AT CLINTON, OKLA. –
Rudolph Bader, age 80, died last week in a hospital in Clinton, Okla., where he had been a patient for more than a year following a stroke which had left him a complete invalid. Burial was in Clinton on June 6th. His only immediate survivor is a sister, Mrs. Eva Crook of Butler, Okla.
Rudolph Bader was born on a farm near Chalco where his parents were pioneer residents. He lived in Oklahoma for many years, but he retained a great interest in Sarpy county and he was something of an authority on early history and settlers. Until a few years ago he made frequent trips to revisit old scenes and friends. Rudolph possessed an inexhaustible fund of wit, nonsense and ingenuity, and mention of his name was always suggested cheerful associations.-MDP-[Published in "The Gretna Breeze," Gretna, Nebraska, Thursday, June 12th, 1941, MDP, Page 1.]
