Allie Mae Oaks, 88, Highway 25W, Williamsburg, passed away Sunday, August 4, 2002 at the Baptist Regional Medical Center.

She was a member of the Clearfork Baptist Church.

Survivors include three daughters, Nancy Lawson and husband, Rev. Elbert "Sack" of Hwy. 25W, Williamsburg, Lynna Hill and husband, Richard of Loveland, Ohio, and Shirley Leach and husband, Ray of Toledo, Ohio; four sons, Virgil Rickett and wife, Doris of Indianapolis, Indiana, Charles Oaks and wife, Mary of Goshen, Ohio, John Oaks and wife, Cathy of Toledo, Ohio, and Dan Oaks of Williamsburg; 24 grandchildren, several great-grandchildren, and several great-great-grandchildren; three sisters, Anna Lawson of Williamsburg, Lori Smith of Smithville, Tennessee and Goldie Ferrell of Spencer, Tennessee; one brother, J.D. Roller of Williamsburg; several nieces, nephews, and a host of other relatives and friends to mourn her passing.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Everett Oaks.

Funeral services were held Wednesday, August 7 at the Croley Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Ewell "Jamup" Lawson and Rev. Horace Partin officiating. Burial was in the Clearfork Cemetery.
