The remains of Mrs. Mary Clark Barnum, wife of Colonel William L. Barnum, who died Wednesday night at the Lakota hotel, Chicago, arrived in the city yesterday on the Chicago & Alton from Chicago and were taken to Oak Ridge cemetery, where they were interred beside those of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Samuel Clark. Colonel Barnum, his nephew, Lewis Barnum, and the latter's wife, all of Chicago, accompanied the remains. They will remain in Springfield two or three days before returning to Chicago.
