Paul Arsenault, 62, a employee of the Springfield Water Department, died Monday at the Veterans Administration Medical Center. Born in Rumford, Maine, he lived in Springfield, and was schooled in the city. He attended the former Technical High School, and lived here for several years. He was a Marine Corps veteran of the Korean War. He leaves three brothers, Robert of Palmer, Francis of Westfield, and Randall. A military graveside service will be conducted Wednesday morning in the Massachusetts National Cemetery at Bourne. There are no calling hours, and John F. O'Connell Funeral Home of Northampton is in charge.
