Floyd R. Amo, 50, of 501 Boulevard St., Mattydale a carpenter for Collum Accoustical Co., died yesterday in Crouse-lrving Memorial Hospital. Mr. Amo was a Navy veteran of World War II. Born in Cape Vincent, he lived in Mattydale 19 years. He was a member of Local 12, Carpenters Union, and the Viking Boat Club. Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Betty Colyer Amo; his mother,Mrs. Edith Amo of Cape Vincent; a son, Michael Amo of North Tonawanda; four brothers, Leo of Cape Vincent, Leon of Watertown, Algar of St. Louis, Mo., and Lewis Amo of Norwood; two sisters, Mrs. John Natoli of Cortland and Mrs. Lysle Favret of Cape Vincent and a granddaughter. Services will be at 1 p.m. Monday at the Maurer Funeral Home, Liverpool. The Rev. Dr. Walter B. Kopp, pastor of St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Liverpool, will officiate. Burial will be in Pine Plains Cemetery, Clay. Calling hours are 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm tomorrow and Sunday.
