Died, at the residence of her niece, Mrs. W. E. Thompson, 704 East Miller street, at 8:50 p.m., Monday, June 24, 1906, of Bright's disease, Miss Lula A. Abbe, aged 89 years. Miss Abbe was born in Connecticut and has only been in Springfield for one year, visiting at her nieces' home.
She is survived by a sister, Mrs. Mary Corning, of this city. The funeral will take place at the residence of her niece. The interment will be made in Oak Ridge cemetery.
