ALLMAN, John – John Allman, aged 41 years, living east of Anderson, died in a Springfield, Mo. hospital last week from injuries received when he fell from a truck he was riding on. The accident happened near Greenfield, Mo. and in attempting to catch a hat that blew off the head of a companion, fell from the truck. He suffered a fractured skull and internal injuries, never regained consciousness after the accident. Burial was made in the Anderson cemetery last Thursday. His widow and four sons survive him. He is said to have been born near Bentonville but left here with his parents at an early age.
