MRS. LOVINA BOREN
Mrs. Lovina Boren, whose untimely death was chronicled in the last issue of the Express, was born at Fairview, Sanpete County, Utah, February 8th, 1864. While a girl she moved with her parents to several towns in southern Utah, then to Heber, Wasatch County where she was married to William Boren, in March 1880, they resided a short time at Park City, then moved to Cannonville, Garfield County and from there to this valley where they have since resided.
Mrs. Boren was a faithful, kind and loving mother, very industrious and ever ready to give, withour price, her time in caring for the sick among her neighbors. Her relatives and friends will miss her now that she is gone to the great beyond.
Mrs. Boren was the mother if ten children and died in confinement the 11th of this month at three o'clock p.m. Her children are all living.
The funeral services were conducted by the Glines Ward bishopric Saturday October 13th, at 2 o'clock p.m. The speakers were Lidens Heber Timothy and A. B. Anderson. After the services the remains were interred in the Mill Ward Cemetery (Maeser Fairview Park Cemetery).

Lovina Jones was the daughter of Caroline Delight Allen and James Naylor Jones.
She married William Coleman Boren March 18, 1880 in Heber, Wasatch County, Utah.
To this union they had ten children.
Children not listed below: Eliza Boren Workman, Isaac Boren, Alma LeRoy Boren, James Walter Boren and Catilda Boren Hoosman.
