"Thomas H. Baird (Beard), 66 years old, a native of Pensacola (Panola) County, Mississippi, died at the residence of his son, D. A. Baird (Beard), 420 Willow street, at 10:15 o'clock Tuesday morning. He is survived by his wife and two sons, J.D. (J.G.) Baird (Beard) of Ward and D. A. Baird (Beard) of Argenta. Funeral services will be held at 2 o'clock Wednesday afternoon. Burial will be in Oakland Cemetery."
