Her father was Franklin Gleaves Huddle born16 December 1852 in Rural Retreat, Virginia. Her mother was Alpha Clementine (Doak) Huddle born 20 April 1854 in Ceres, Bland County, Virginia.

Fannie married Charley N. Frazer 22 March 1915 Springfield, Greene County, Illinois. They then went to Harrington, WA to live where he worked on farms.

In 1917 they moved into town where he had built a home.

After his death she worked as a seamstress for 20 years.

She passed away at her home where her body was found friends. It was evident that she died suddenly.
