Archie Monroe, 82, of MWC, died Saturday, Jan. 3, 1987. He was born March 18, 1904 in Tecumseh OK., moved to MWC in 1967. He was a member of the First Baptist Church of MWC. Retired as an oil field landman and abstractor. Survived by wife, Dora of the home; a daughter, Wilma Jean Cater of MWC; a granddaughter, Karen Rawdon of MWC; 3 great granddaughters, Kimberly, Aimee and Shelly Rawdon, all of MWC; a brother, Ralph W. Stone, Seminole; a sister, Minnie Thompson, Wichita Falls TX.
