father and stepmother, Joseph and Beverly Clark, of New York state and by his mother and stepfather, Donald and Mary (Wood) Litka, of HCR Orbisonia. He was united in marriage to Margaret (Bilger) Winter, Nov.22, 1997.
Mr. Clark attended George Washington High School in Philadelphia. He was a U.S. Army veteran, serving in both Desert Shield and Desert Storm.
He was employed the last two years by K.W. Reese, Inc. of Mercersburg.
