George A. Glock, Sr., a Spanish-American War Veteran and a retired Baltimore City policeman. He died following a stroke at age 91. Mr. Glock lived in Fallston, MD. He was a son of a Civil War Veteran and served in the 47th Infantry Regiment in the Philippines before his discharge in 1901.
George served as a Baltimore City policeman for 37 years and organized and directed a fife, drum and bugle corps for boys which played at Memorial Day Services.
His wife Katherine died in 1956 and he is survived by his daughter, Mrs. Mabel K. Kammer, 3 sons, George A. Jr., Charles E. and Milton F.V., 10 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.
