Jennie Rose Rodgers was the daughter of Margaret Jane McCoy (1825-after 1870) and James Rodgers (1796-1868). Both parents were born and died in Pennsylvania.

Verbal family history has Jennie Rodgers descended from ancestors who were hanged during the 1692 Witch hunt in Salem, Massachusetts, however I am unable to establish a link at this time.

She married Daniel R. Hillard (1844-1915) on February 23, 1882 in Butler County, Pennsylvania.
Adopted son:
Karl Alton Sibbalds (1883-1944)
