George W. Abrams, husband to Pearl Willsey, son to James Lewis & Chleo Amanda(Hagadorn)Abrams. Active citizen in Medusa, moved the Medusa Fire house building to its present location, would work as a milk delivery man, collecting milk from the dairy farms and trucking it to the local creamery in Medusa. Father to Ford Abrams and Donald FC 2, USS Cisco SS 290.
NOTE: Because Donald Bradley Abrams, died in October 1843, buried at sea, he would go down with his submarine, during WW II, to the depths, near the center of the Sulu Sea, due west of Mindanao. No cemetery can list his name, but his name & service is preserved in our history.
"On that day a Japanese antisubmarine attack was made slightly north and east of CICSO's expected position. In reporting the attack the Japanese state "Found a sub tailing oil. Bombing. Ships cooperated with us. The oil continued to gush out even on tenth of October." The attack would seem to have been made by planes in cooperation with ships. No submarine that returned from patrol reported having been attacked at this time and position".
A military Plague will be placed on the rear of George & Pearls headstone, listing Donald and his service to our great country, USA.
