Roy, age 90, was the son of Ira and Rosa (Rezac) Smith. He owned Smith Plumbing and Rentals. He married Cleo Mae Clark on March 8, 1941. He was preceded in death by his wife, his son, Stuart Clark Smith, his parents, and his brothers, Ira Smith, Maurice M. Smith, and Woodrow Wilson Smith. Survivors include his children, Stephen Smith, Richard Smith, Carol Pell, and Jennie Wilbert, 13 grandchildren, and six great-great-grandchildren. Funeral services were held at St. Marys United Methodist Church. Burial was in St. Clere Cemetery near Emmett.
