In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his first wife, Doris Easter in 1966; his second wife, Marie Easter in 1995; one stepdaughter, Lana Fisher; one infant daughter, Margie Easter and one brother, Thomas Easter.
He will be greatly missed by his surviving family which include, four daughters; Shirley West and her husband Jim of Dixon, Missouri, Martha Plank and her husband Don of Rolla, Missouri, Carolyn Maylee and her husband Kenny of St. James, Missouri and Janet Ault and her husband David of Lynnville, Tennesse; one stepson, Steve Willson and his wife Jo of St. James, Missouri; one stepdaughter, Diane Cramer and her husband Bill of Globe, Arizona; thirteen grandchildren and twenty four great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 pm on Saturday, September 6, 2008, at Null and Son Funeral Home in Rolla, with Pastor Donald Lowery to officiate. Interment will follow at the Missouri Veteran's Home Cemetery in St. James. Visitation for family and friends will be held on Friday, September 5, 2008, from 6:00 until 8:00 pm at the funeral home. Memorial contributions are suggested to the Missouri Veteran's Home in St. James, Missouri.
