Roger Wayne Christie, 30 of Tahlequah, died Dec 2, at the Tahlequah City Hospital. Services were held Dec 6, at the Cedar Tree Tabernacle with Rev. Bill Grass officiating. Interment was in the Cedar Tree Cem., under the direction of Reed-Culver Funeral Home.
Mr. Christie was born 2 Jan 1963 in Tahlequah to Johnny Richard and Sharon Kay Kindle Christie. He grew up at Westville, graduating from Westvill HS. He had worked in the construction business.
Survivors include his mother, Sharon; his maternal Grandparents, Virgil and Myrtle; and his paternal Grandfather, George, all of OK; one son: Shawn of MO; one daughter Shantal of MO; one sister, Tonya of OK; one brother Johnny of OK; and his girlfriend Dawn of OK.
