Oliver was the ninth child of ten children born to Daniel Replogle and Barbara Penrod. He married Mrs. Almira "Elma" Seyboth Henry on 21 Jul 1873 in Elkhart, Indiana. They had one daughter named Leona R. Replogle (b. 1875).
