Johnny Dale Brown 50, of Edgewood, Washington, formerly of Winfield, passed away October 13, 2008, at his home. Born in Winfield, December 8,, 1957, he was preceded in death by his mother, Gertie Lee Brown; and his grandparents: Artist Brow, John Perkins, and Pearl Perkins Meadors.

He is survived by two daughters: Miranda Brown and Shara Brown, both of Winfield; one son, James Bradley Parker of Clarksville, TN; father and step-mother, James and Wanda Brown of Winfield; three grandchildren, one brother, Royce Brown of Winfield; one sister, Gail Barnes and husband, Terry, of Winfield; step-brothers: Tim Burchfield and wife, Faye, and Phillip Burchfield and wife, Denise, all of Oneida; step-sisters: Sally Cross and husband, Lanford, and Janet Wilson and husband, Dale, all of Winfield; several nieces and nephews, and many other relatives.

Funeral service was conducted October 19, in the chapel of Jones & Son Funeral Home with Rev. Phillip Kazee, Rev. David Peters, and Rev. Jennings Terry officiating.

Music was provided by David Peters, Terry Murphy, and Duncan Lane.

Interment followed in Perkins Cemetery.Jones & Son Funeral Home had charge of arrangements.
