John passed away at Meadowlark Hills-Starkey House in Manhattan. He was the son of Raymond Gerald and Elizabeth S. (Wurtz) Fagan. He graduated from Barnes (KS) High School and the University of Kansas in 1957 with a degree in Civil Engineering. He married Muriel M. Peterson on April 23, 1960, at St. Marys Catholic Church in Clifton, Kansas. Survivors include his wife, his sons, Brad Fagan, Greg Fagan, Steve Fagan, and Scott Fagan, and three grandchildren. Mass of Christian Burial was held at Seven Dolors Catholic Church. Inurnment was in Sunrise Cemetery.
