Adair, 56, of 2527 Loving, a former book reviewer and classified advertising department employee of The Dallas Morning News, died Sunday in a Dallas hospital. A native of San Antonio, Mrs. Adair had lived in Dallas for 32 years. She reviewed books for The News from 1951 to 1956 under the name Mary Lucy Clarke when she joined the classified advertising staff. She worked there until 1961. Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. Tuesday in the Ed C. Smith & Bro. Funeral Chapel. Burial will be in Grove Memorial Park."
