OBITUARY:
CLEON M. SMITH Dover Foxcroft - Cleon M. Smith, 72, husband of June (Burrill) Smith, died March 12, 1989, at a Dover Foxcroft hospital. He was born in Dover Foxcroft, March 5, 1917, the son of Henry B. and Alice (Cross) Smith. Mr. Smith was a retired machinist from the Fay Scott Corp. of Dexter. He was a member of the IAM and attended the Dover Foxcroft Congregational Church. Besides his wife of Dover Foxcroft, he is survived by two daughters, Mrs. John (Dianne) VanDyke of Victorville, Calif. and Mrs. Ronald (Ellen) Thomas of Ellsworth; ons sister, Mrs. Murray (Elizabeth) Stanhope of Dover Foxcroft and Zephyrhills, Fla.; five grand children, Rhonda Tomah, Traci Van Dyke, Karen Baxter, Heidi and Ami Thomas; three great grandchildren; a special cousin, Keith Knowlton.

Friends may call at the Lary Funeral Home, Dover Foxcroft, 2 - 6 P. M. Monday. Graveside services will be conducted at Lee Cemetery, Dovder Foxcroft. in the Spring, at a time to be announced. Those who wish may make contributions to the Mayo Regional Hospital, 75 West Main St., Dover Foxcroft, in Mr. Smith's memory.
