Isaac B. Replogle, aged citizen and lifelong resident of New Enterprise was found dead in a small stream of water in the vicinity of his home on Saturday at noon, death being attributed to a stroke of paralysis and drowning after being stricken when he fell into the stream of water. He was born March 19, 1847, a son of John B. Replogle, and was always a resident of New Enterprise, following the occupation of farming and threshing. His wife, Mary Miller, died five years ago.
His family consisted of the following children: Mrs. J. S. Detwiler, with whom he resided; Mrs. John Snowberger, and Rufus Replogle, New Enterprise; Mrs. D. A. Miller, Martinsburg, and a son and daughter, D. M. and Nannie Replogle, who preceded him in death, one brother, John Replogle, Lakemont, and a sister, Mrs. Nancy Mock, Curryville, also survive.
Funeral services were conducted at the New Enterprise Church of the Brethren, of which he was a member, in charge of his pastor, Rev. D. O. Cottrell, and Rev. D. T. Detwiler, at 2 o'clock Monday afternoon. Interment in the New Enterprise cemetery.
