Our wonderful wife, daughter, sister and friend, Lisa Jo Shepherd Huntington, age 27, passed away Saturday, March 27, 2004
in Wallsburg Utah. Born January 9, 1977 in American Fork, Utah, the daughter of Clinton Roy Shepherd and Genavee Gardner. Married DeeR Huntington August 28, 1999 in Midway, Utah.
Lisa was a very beautiful, loving and caring person. She valued her family more than anything else. She liked to be outdoors especially camping and fishing. She also enjoyed being a hairdresser. One of her favorite parts of being a hairdresser was providing haircuts for her family. Survivors include her husband, DeeR; father, Clint (Nedra) Shepherd; mother, Genavee Gardner; sisters: Jenny (Steve) Sutton, Deseree (Blake) Fenn, Natalie Shepherd; brother, Andy Shepherd; grandparents: Roy and Loa Shepherd, Clayton and Lois Gardner; in-laws, David and Peggy Huntington; and numerous aunts and uncles. She is preceded in death by grandparents, Harlan and Beryl Nelson, and uncle Daymon Sargent. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, March 31, 2004 – 11:00 a.m. in the Wallsburg LDS Church, 494 West Main Canyon Road, Wallsburg, Utah. Friends and family are welcome to a visitation that will only be held on Tuesday from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. at Olpin-Hoopes Funeral Home, 288 North Main Street, Heber City. Interment will follow in the Wallsburg Cemetery. Memorials may be made in her memory in Zion's Bank.
