Jack was born to 1st Lt. William S. Ramsey Jr. US Army, and Erna Anna [Amerseder} Ramsey at the Fort Sill Military Hospital. He traveled to and from Germany with his parents until they settled in Bartlesville, OK. and he graduated from Bartlesville College High School in 1971.
He attended college at both Tonkawa,OK. and OSU in Stillwater. He was an early manager in the new Pizza Hut company in the 70's and worked under the founders as the manager of 2 stores in Winfield KS. and Blackwell, OK. Jack has 2 daughters Whitney and Leann Smith, with Marjie Smith-Peale and he has 2 daughters and one son with Trisha.
Casady, Bobby, and Patrick.
While employed by the Bartlesville Police Department he was a Foster Father to untold number of Tri-county area children.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his older brother William Ernest Ramsey.
He is survived by his younger siblings
Patrick,Cindy,and the twins Mark and Mike.
Cause of death, Cardiac arrest from complications of Lung Cancer.
His Ashes will be scattered in mutliple locations in the USA and Europe.
He was known to Geocachers as "Bigun1029" while he resided in Bernice,OK. by the "Crappie Capitol Travelbug Hotel". Placed near his former "Patricks Steaks and Shakes" restraunt.
