Daughter of David and Mary (Marek) McDaniel. Raised in Seattle, moved to Post Falls, Idaho in 1990 and St. Marys in 2002. Mrs. Thomas was a homemaker, member of the Assumption Chapel. Married Albert Thomas in 1941, he passed away January 2, 2002. Survivors include four sons, Larry Thomas, Edmond, WA; Charles Thomas, Carnation, WA; Leland Thomas, St. Marys; Daryl Thomas St. Marys; two daughters, Donna Jenson, Vacaville, Calif; Joan Bartis, Leavenworth, WA; three sisters, Mary Jane Elsey, Seattle, WA; Rose Gillespie, Bremerton, WA; Adeline Marion, North Bend, WA, 28 grands and 5 great-grandchildren. Requim Mass Sept. 19, 2008 Assumption Chapel in St. Marys. Interment Our Lady of Peace Cem at St. Marys, Piper Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
