Frank was born in Kentucky the son of Samuel Hale and Jane Allen and the grandson of James M. and Mary "Polly" (Shepherd) Hale and William James and Sarah "Sally" (Hicks) Shepherd. He married Jane Wireman the daughter of Daniel Wireman and his third wife Cynthia Baldridge and the granddaughter of Jacob and Susannah (Sizemore) Wireman and Robert and Sarah (Morris) Baldridge. Their children are; Charles Hale, Edward Hale, Daniel Hale and Sally Hale.∼He died from a severe asthma attack. Son of Sam Hale and Jane Allen Hale. We found his grave on Saturday, August 10, 2019. He is buried close to his brothers Jesse James Hale and Lindsay Layne Hale.
