Mrs. Mary Bradley Dies At Son's Home In Lead

Mrs. Mary Bradley, aged 73, and a pioneer resident of Meade county, died at the home of her son Bert Bradley, 332 Addie street, last evening at 9:40 o'clock, following an acute attack of illness which had kept her confined to her bed for a week. She has been a sufferer the past 15 years, but recently had been improving, and since coming to her son's home in Lead several months ago, had apparently recovered, and her death coming after so short an illness was a sever shock to her relatives and friends.

Mrs. Bradley was a native of Iowa but had made her home at Marcus for the past 30 years.

Surviving the deceased are the following sons and daughters: Mrs. R. W. Kavorik, Red Owl; Matt, Edmund, and Jim Bradley, and Mrs. Guy Simons, Marcus; Mrs. Charles Blotz, Mitchell; Mark Bradley, Los Angeles, Cal., and Bert Bradley, Lead. Her children and daughters-in-law and sons-in-law were all at her bedside when death came with the exception of Mark who arrived on the Burlington today.

The body is at a Sturgis mortuary, and relatives departed at noon today for Marcus where the funeral services will be held Thursday. Interment will be made by the side of the deceased's husband who preceded her in death ten years ago.
