Death of Thomas Carter
Mr. Thomas Carter of Walnut township, who was adjudged insane and sent to the Athens hospital recently, jumped out of a three story window at the hospital last Thursday and died from the effects of it this morning.
His wife and sister, Mrs. Walt Wiseman, came in this morning to go up and visit him when they got word of his death.
He was about 42 years of age, a brother of Mr. Clay Carter and a cousin of Mrs. A. J. Stormont and a very good citizen who lost ....rest of sentence is illegible.
