CORNWELL Fae Louise Cornwell
CORNWELL Fae Louise Cornwell, age 73, of Arlington, Virginia, formerly of Triangle, Virginia, died on July 1, 2000 at Cherrydale Health and Rehabilitation Center, Arlington, Virginia. She was predeceased by her husband, James Columbus Cornwell; one son, Lonnie; and one sister, Mary Virginia Blair. Mrs. Cornwell was a graduate of the Virginia School for Deaf and Blind in Staunton, Virginia. She enjoyed bowling, country music and the Dallas Cowboys. She managed a vending facility under the Randolph-Shephard Act for the Blind at Jefferson Plaza in Crystal City. Mrs. Cornwell loved to talk to people and was well liked and respected at the Cherrydale Nursing Home. She is survived by one son, James T. Fleming and wife, Cathy of Glen Allen, Virginia; one daughter, Bonnie L. Turley and husband, Jack of Sperryville, Virginia; three stepdaughters, Nellie Heater of Woodbridge, Virginia, Magie Hege of Herndon, Virginia and Sandra Hooker of Stafford, Virginia; sisters, Ellen Nicely of Lyndhurst,Virginia; twin sister, Mae Gutshall of Waynesboro, Virginia; two brothers, Edward Wine of Olathe, Kansas and Billy J. Wine and wife, Inez of Waynesboro, Virginia; five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Visitation at the Blasius-Baker Funeral Home, 9320 West St., Manassas, Virginia on Wednesday, July 5, 2000 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral service Thursday, July 6, 2000 at Baker Chapel at 10 a.m. Interment Woodbine Cemetery, Manassas, Virginia. www.legacy.com
