LeAnn was born on November 5, 1934 in Brigham City, UT a daughter of William Jack and Therma M. Hadfield Hamilton. She attended Box Elder High School. LeAnn married Dewey J. Cottle on October 31, 1952 and had four children; they later divorced. She married William Knight on May 26, 1989. LeAnn had a wonderful sense of humor and enjoyed making others smile. She loved doing puzzles, reading, and RV traveling with her husband during their retirement years. She was a faithful member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. LeAnn and her husband served as LDS service missionaries at the Heber Valley Camp during its first and second years of operation.
Surviving are her husband, William K. Knight, Murray, UT; children: Deborah and Terry Penrose, Corona Del Mar, CA; Douglas J. and Diane Cottle, Heber City, UT; Dennis W. and Diane Cottle, Torrance, CA; Dana Edwin and Lisa Cottle, Lehi, UT; 17 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren and sister JoAnn Fullmer, Mesa, AZ.
Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, November 8, 2008 at 12 Noon at Myers Mortuary, 205 South 100 East, Brigham City, UT. Friends may call on Saturday from 10:00 to 11:40 a.m. at the Mortuary.
Interment will be in the Brigham City Cemetery.
