Joyce E. Bixler Hallman Stine, 81, of Camp Hill and formerly of Harrisburg, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, November 5, 2008, in Holy Spirit Hospital.

Born on September 11, 1927, in Pottsville, she was a daughter of the late Harry and Mildred Rummel Bixler.

She was also preceded in death by her sister, Sis Bixler Wagner.

Joyce is survived by her four daughters, Bonnie L. Hoover of Florida, Robin M. Hallman of Washington, Gail M. Wade and husband, Earl of Shermans Dale and Cindy R. Mumma and husband Kenneth R. of Harrisburg; her two brothers, Daniel Bixler of Hummelstown and Mike Bixler of Fisherville; four grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m., on Monday, November 10, 2008, in Neumyer Funeral Home, 1334 North Second Street, Harrisburg.

A viewing will be held from 12 Noon until the time of service.

Burial will be in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, Dauphin.
