Cynthia was born in War Eagle Twp, which from 1846 to 1876, was a listed as a Post Office in Madison Co AR. Per the 30 May 1940 Obituary (The Madison County Journal, Pg 1) of her nephew P.J. Ogden, Cynthia was living in the "old soldiers home in Mountain Home". I believe this to be the old soldiers' home in Tennessee, across the border from Arkansas, which had served both Union and Confederate soldiers.
