Cloyce conquered hill tops and mountain sides galore, he solved math problems out of trees. He was a lover of animals. He wrote music and lyrics rescued from anywhere. He never met a stranger and loved unconditionally. He gave, and gave some more to anyone in need. He was our son, our brother, our friend and lover. We will miss him forever!
Cloyce is survived by his parents, Cloyce (Cathy) Hilsinger II and Vicki Hilsinger of Yuma; son, David (Crystal) Frasure - Hilsinger; granddaughter Kadence; sisters, Robin (Allen) Christensen and Cori (Jim) Gagnier and nephew, Virgil Brooks. Cloyce also leaves his love, Nancy Browning and her son, Derek. He leaves behind many loved aunts, uncles, cousins and his Dawg Pretty. His dog Stripe will be joining him in spirit.
Although his journey was rough and tumbled, his generous heart and smile shines. His song was magnificent.
Services will be held at Yuma Center of Spiritual Living, 781 S. 2nd Avenue, Yuma, at 5 p.m. on Friday, November 7, 2008. A celebration of Cloyce's life will be held at the 449 Club, 985 S. 6th Ave., Yuma, on Saturday, November 8, 2008 from 12 until 2 p.m. Music, food and "Love all around you".
Cloyce loved to feed the poor ... If you would like to help him do that, donations may be made to Yuma's Crossroads Mission.
