You will not be forgotten. You live in my heart and my children's. My daughter and son promised that you will remembered by my children's children.

My mother dropped my sister and I off at my grandmother Katherine Taylor's house and disappeared when I was almost 5 and my sister 3 and never looked back. The Taylor's hated the Walkers and got a restraining order against my father denying him visitation rights. In those days, fathers had almost no rights when it came to child custody. My Taylor grandparents were wealthy and well connected in Riverside CA, had plenty of money. My Dad, Phillip Edward Walker, did not have a chance. Grandma told us he disappeared and she did not know where he was or how to find him. She lied. So many secrets, so much damage and so much pain. I did not see my dad again until I was 12. He was already dying from heart disease. He died right before my 14th birthday. This is for my father, Phillip E. Walker.

The Family "Trees" that shade his grave were "planted" in his name to make sure he is not forgotten. I am over 50 years old now and I miss my Daddy...Debbra

NOTE Russell Edwin Mortz (1913 - 1946)Phillip's biological father died when Phillip was young. My dad, Phillip, was raised by Edmund Eugene Walker Sr. Find A Grave Memorial# 31574748 Edmund and Phillip's Mother Frances Lucile Everman Walker were married for decades.
