Ruth was the 3rd of 10 children of Isaac & Sarah (Jones) Buckingham.

On the 26th of April in 1840 she married George Remley the son of George & Ella (Lytle) Remley.

Sadly Ruth died just 2 years after they married. There were no known children. After Ruth died George married Helen Rice and had 2 children.
