Charles S. Aquino, age 65 of Riverside, passed away into God's loving and eternal care on Monday, November 3, 2008 at Cooper Medical Center in Camden.
Born in South Philly, he lived in Willingboro for thirty-three years before moving to Riverside four years ago. Mr. Aquino, a retired chef, was an active member of the Calvary Temple of Delran, enjoyed cooking and was a member of the grandparents support group. Married to the late Sandra Aquino for fifteen years, he was a loving single father who raised his four young children.
He is survived by his wife of twenty-one years, Sherri-Lee (Smith) Aquino and his children, Charles (Elizabeth) Aquino, Jr., Victoria Aquino-Davison, Cheri Mercantini, Sandra "Sandy" Aquino and Amanda Benson. Also his sister, Janet Iannacone; nine grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Funeral Services will be held on Friday, November 7, 2008 at 10:00 AM at the Calvary Temple, 317 Conrow Road, Delran. Relatives and friends may call on Thursday evening from 6 to 8 PM at the DENNISON-McGEE FUNERAL HOME, 869 Beverly Road, Burlington. Interment will be in Lakeview Memorial Park, Cinnaminson.
Memorial donations may be sent to the American Diabetes Association, 1060 N. Kings Hwy., Cherry Hill, NJ 08034.
