John W. Fisher of 3931 Fifth avenue, died Saturday afternoon at 1 'clock at the Cleveland Clinic hospital, Cleveland, O., following an extended illness. He was born April 16, 1889, a son of Andrew and Mary (Whitman) Fisher, at Johnstown.

Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Jennie (Prough) Fisher, and two brothers, George E. of Altoona and Westley of Blacklick, Pa.

Mr. Fisher was associated for a number of years with Lafferty Brothers Trucking company. He was a member of the Woodmen of the Wrold lodge, V.F.W., and the Cesare Battisti society.
