Savannah - A. Baker Behling, 89, a retired employee with Savannah Saw Works, died Saturday at his residence. The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Monday in Sipple Mortuary. Burial will be at 3 p.m. in St. George (SC) Cemetery.
Mr. Behling was born in St. George, a son of John Henry Behling and Mary Jane Wilson Behling. He was a former employee with Argent Lumber Co. in Hardeeville, SC and was a member of Wesley Monumental United Methodist Church.
Surving are his wife, Eula Mae Long Behling; and a sister, Gertrude B. Dukes of St. George.
