BENNIE D. ABBOTT
Bennie D. Abbott was born at Twin Falls, Idaho on Jan. 4, 1940 to parents, Lewis and Erma Loyd Abbott. He died at Good Shepherd Community Hospital in Hermiston on Sept. 16, 1994 at the age of 54.
Funeral services were Monday at Burns Mortuary Chapel in Hermiston. Burial followed in the Irrigon Cemetery.
Abbott was a resident of Irrigon for the past 15 years, formerly of Jerome, Idaho.
He is survived by his wife, Wanda of Irrigon; eight sons, Lonnie Abbott of Wells, Nev., Dennis Abbott of Boise, Idaho, Tim and Kord Abbott both of Twin Falls, Idaho, Danny Rytting of Irrigon, Robert Morley and Steven Morley and Maurice Abbott all of Irrigon; seven daughters, Cathy Banvard of Odenton, Md., Cornia Ciezenski and Ronda Proud both of Hermiston, Sarah Rossen of Boise, Idaho, Patricia Scott of Burns, Leola Lyons and Theresa Morley both of Irrigon; four brothers, Lawrence, Cecil, Jim and Eddy; five sisters, Margaret Barns, Verna Simerly, Doris Barton, Ninette Smith and Agnes Hapworth; 27 grandchildren.
