30 July 1973: Katie A. Getz, 74, Fredericksburg RD 1, died Sunday evening at her residence. She was the wife of Jacob Getz. Born in Lebanon County, she was a daughter of the late Frank and Katie Seigler Schaeffer. She was a member of St. Elizabeth Congregational Church, Lickdale. Surviving in addition to her husband are five children: Ethel, wife of Russell Weller, of Jonestown, Catherine, wife of Ray Boyer, of Jonestown RD 2, Elizabeth, wife of Earman Fulk, of Fredericksburg RD 1, Jacob F. of Fredericksburg, and Edward of Annville.
