Charles, of Vidor, passed away Wednesday at his residence.
A native of Wyatt, Texas he was a longtime resident of Vidor. He was a retired switchman with Southern Pacific Railroad and a member of Freeway Church of Christ in Vidor.
Survivors include his loving wife Mary Lauderdale, sons Charles Lauderdale, Jr., David Lauderdale, daughters Terrie Black and Laura Hataway, seven grandsons and five great-grandsons.
