Adams, Mrs. June (Ruby June Williams ), passed away July 30, 2004 at her home in Lancing. She was preceded in death by one precious son, Allen Clyde Adams; parents, Clyde and Lena (Brown) Williams; five brothers: Ben, Eugene, Bud, Charles Marvin, and Bobby Wayne Williams; and two sisters: Wanda Hardesty and Jennie Elizabeth Williams. She is survived by her beloved husband of 47 years, Johnie Adams of Lancing; one son, John ( Lisa) Adams of Lancing; two daughters: Ronita (Nathan) Beasley of Sunbright, and Rebecca (Dana) Hawn of Lancing. Eight grandchildren: Nelson and Jennifer Adams of Lancing, Jessica, Nick, and Jonnie Beasley of Sunbright, Danielle (Chris) Medovich of Oak Ridge, Rachel, and Mark Rice of Lancing. Great grandchild, Eli Byrge. Two brothers: Gab (Carolyn Sue) Williams of Lancing, and Chip (Darlene) Williams of Newport, NC; two sisters: Emma Pope of Muncie, IN., and Ellon (Willie) Ledford of Cleveland, TN. One sister-in-law, Virginia Williams of Oak Harbor, WA. The family will receive friends Sunday, August 1st, from 7 to 9 p.m. at Schubert Funeral Home, Wartburg. A funeral service will be held Monday, August 2nd at 2:00 p.m. at Schubert Funeral Home with Bro. Nathan Beasley and Bro. Rick Taylor officiating.
