ADKINS, PEARL, 45, passed away June 23, 2001 in her home in Deer Lodge. She attended the Deer Lodge Congregational Church. She was preceded in death by her parents Ronald K. and Cora Davis; sister, Debbie Collins; and brother, Bobby Davis. She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law Thomas Nolan and Tracey Adkins of Pine Knot, Ky.; brothers, Larry and wife Pattie Davis of Gary, Ind., and Dennis and wife Peggy Davis of Indianapolis, Ind.; former husband and special friend Gary Adkins of Deer Lodge and six adopted grandchildren. The family received friends Monday evening, June 25, 2001 from 6 to 8 p. m. in Schubert Funeral Home, Sunbright. Funeral services began at 8 p. m. with Rev. Tom Mooty officiating. Interment was Tuesday morning at 11 a. m. in the Mt. Hope Cemetery, Deer Lodge. [Morgan County News]
