Barbara Sue Daffern, 63, of Lubbock died Wednesday, November 12, 2008 after a lengthy illness. Graveside services will be 2 p.m. Friday, November 14, 2008 at the City of Lubbock Cemetery with Dr. Ken Horn officiating, under the direction of Agape Funeral Chapel.
Barbara was born April 23, 1945 in Avery to E.C. and Melissie Daffern. Barbara worked as a nurse in Lubbock, primarily with geriatric patients. She filled her time with hobbies including crochet, painting, and crafting dolls.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her sister, Dorothy Phillips.
Survivors include her children, Jacque Williamson of Lubbock, Eddie J. Williamson of Big Sandy, Jeff Williamson of Lubbock, Amy Eade and husband Ricky of Lubbock; three grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; brother, Eddie C. Daffern and wife Shari; sisters, Elorene Trammell and husband David, Brenda Greer, Vickie Wheeler and husband Ronnie; and numerous nieces and nephews.
