Lane ] This Indenture made the thirtieth day of March in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred fifty-four-Between John McLain of Broad Top Township and Mary his wife--in consideration of nineteen hundred dollars--the same tract of land on which the said John McLain has resided since the year Anno Domine one-thousand eight hundred and twenty four and which has since been surveyed and returned in Anno Domine one thousand eight hundred and fifty three granted to the said John McLain, as by the said warrant remaining filed in the Surveyer Generals Office recourse being thereunto had appears of--Containing one hundred and sixty acres and ninety six perches, and the usual allowance of six per cent
