Anding, 83, of Oakdale died Wednesday, July 21, 1999, in Christus St. Frances Cabrini Hospital, Alexandria.
He was a resident of Oakdale and member of Fifth Avenue Missionary Baptist Church. He was a Merchant Marine, a U.S. Army veteran of World War II and was wounded in action.
Survivors include one brother, Luther Anding of Oakdale and one sister, Mae Thompson of Lake Charles.
Friends may call from 5-8 p.m. today and from 8 a.m. until time of services Friday in the funeral home.
