Jessie Belle Lasher Yorko, 84, of Johnstown, Formerly of Adrian, died Wednesday, Feb. 26, 1992 at Clarion Hospital. She was born March 16, 1907 in Washington Township to Lawrence Homer and Cora (Henry) Fair. She was a retired employee of the Ebensburg Home for the Retarded. Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Geraldine Lasher White of Johnstown and Roberta Lasher Acierino of Shippenville; two brothers, James Earl Fair of Adrian RD 1 and John R. Fair of Florida; six grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren and seven nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Ernest Lasher; her second husband, Joseph Yorko; a daughter, Bonita McMillen, four brothers, Frank, Alvin, Lawrence, Homer Jr. and an infant brother and a sister Mary Baycura. YORKO - Friends of Jessie Belle Lasher Yorko, 84, of Johnstown, formerly of Adrian, who died Wednesday, Feb. 26, 1992 will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at the Snyder-Crissman Funeral Home in Cowansville, where funeral services will be held Saturday at 11 a.m. with the Rev. James Rickendall, pastor of Brush Valley Brethren Church of Adrian, officiating. Burial will follow in Saint Mark's Lutheran Cemetery. Arrangements by Snyder-Crissman.
