Jonathon Scott Lestelle was taken from the world suddenly Nov. 3, 2008. Born March 22, 1982, Jonathon was a native Las Vegan. Known for many things, Jonathon was intelligent, had a gentle temperament, overwhelming kindness and possessed an unbridled ability as an artist. He loved monster trucks, mostly the Grave Digger and Big Foot. He always liked to watch scary movies and was fascinated by special effects make-up. He had such a talent for making anyone "Horror Movie" ready. Halloween was his favorite time of year. That way he could be whatever movie villain he wanted. He was most happy when he was drawing or helping out one of his many friends. He recently accomplished his lifelong dream of becoming a licensed tattoo artist, unfortunately leaving us before the world could appreciate his immense creative talents. Most notably, Jonathon will be remembered as a loving son and grandson, great friend to many, and a tireless, devoted father to Trenton, his three-year-old son. Jonathon will be missed by us all. You Are My Heart! Jonathon is survived by his son, Trenton Lestelle; father, Mark (Robyn) Lestelle; his mother, Kim (Dave) Lestelle-Brown; great-grandmother, Mary Alice Christie; grandparents, James (Virginia) Lestelle; grandfather, Tom (Donna) Bragg; grandmother, Judy Netski; uncle, Mike (Shannon) Bragg; uncle, Patrick (Kate) Bragg; sisters, Autumn, Amanda, Marissa and Kristal; aunts, Wende Lestelle, Linda Lestelle and Kelly (Bryan) Jorgensen; cousins, Berkley Bragg and Jacob Weissman; his best friend, Cody; and his girlfriend, Angelique. Visitation will be from 3-7 p.m. Friday, Nov. 14, at Palm Mortuary, 1600 S. Jones Blvd. (Jones and Oakey). Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 15, at Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave. (Eastern and Robindale). Burial immediately following. The family has asked that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Trenton Nix Lestelle Trust at WestStar Credit Union.
